JUNIOR FINANCE ANALYST

Our client is a leading Food production, manufacturing and distribution company in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for an experienced Junior Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Monitoring:
• Develop/ refine performance management planning process and guidelines including objectives, timeframe, responsibilities, templates, etc.
• Develop KPI guidelines to heads of entities/ investments and Support Function Heads (after approval of Board of Directors)
• Drive the process of defining KPIs targets for all the company investments
• Review financial and strategic metrics and related data submitted by heads of entities/ investments and Support Function Heads
• Collect performance evaluation information and corrective actions from operating companies in order to compile into Performance Analysis Report
• Perform comprehensive reporting on overall the company and individual entity/ investment performance
• Review performance report and highlight all the gaps
• Consolidate performance analysis, showing performance, gap analysis and suggest corrective actions
• Develop progress and status reports for the company representatives on entities governance functions
Business Development:
• Conduct ad-hoc functions assigned by the Corporate Development Officer
• Assist in due diligences for new business with a main focus on financials
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance or economics
• Masters in the above is preferable from an international institution
• 2 years of experience in banking, finance, investments or equity companies
• Saudi national candidates only
• Perfect English and Arabic

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent modeling skills
• Strong network base in KSA with banks, SIDF and governmental agencies
• Deep understanding of broad macroeconomic trends
• Very good strategic thinking capability
• Very good business acumen and exposure to all areas of business modeling
• Knowledgeable in a variety strategic frameworks, concepts, practices, and processes
• Excellent team spirit
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Exposure and understanding of the Middle East and GCC markets
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Salary level to be used as a guide only and will depend on experience levels and interview performance
• As a guideline between 18-22k SAR per month / $58-70k USD per annum base salary
• Plus Accommodation and Transport allowance
